Ingredients

  • 10 small lamb chops
  • 8 clove (s) garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lamb chops, pat dry. Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
  2. Fry the chops on both sides in butter in a pan. Turn down the heat and add the garlic. The pieces of meat are fried for a total of 4-8 minutes, depending on their thickness. Then place on a warmed plate, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with a little thyme. Finally, spread the garlic on top.
  3. You really have to make sure that the lamb kottlets stay very warm!
  4. Serve with paprika or curry rice and baguette with herb butter.
