- 10 small lamb chops
- 8 clove (s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- butter

- Rinse the lamb chops, pat dry. Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
- Fry the chops on both sides in butter in a pan. Turn down the heat and add the garlic. The pieces of meat are fried for a total of 4-8 minutes, depending on their thickness. Then place on a warmed plate, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with a little thyme. Finally, spread the garlic on top.
- You really have to make sure that the lamb kottlets stay very warm!
- Serve with paprika or curry rice and baguette with herb butter.
