Ingredients

  • 1 lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 pomegranate
  • 100 g wild boar fillet (s), smoked, cut into fine strips
  • 60 g pine nuts, roasted in a pan
  • 100 g sheep`s cheese, semi-hard, cut into fine strips

For the dressing:

  • Pumpkin seed oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (honey mustard)
  • 1 dash cream, liquid
  • 1 shot port wine, red
  • Pomegranate, the juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce well.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing well and fold into the lamb`s lettuce.
  3. Halve the pomegranate lengthways and place the seeds on the salad.
  4. Spread the salad on plates and pour the pomegranate seeds over them.
  5. Then add the wild boar fillet strips, the cheese and the still warm pine nuts to the salad.
