Ingredients

  • 300 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 1 apple
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter, e.g., von Hengstenberg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt (wild garlic salt)

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and cut the apple into small cubes (if you like, remove the peel first, we always leave it on).
  2. Mix together the sunflower oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, chopped onion and apple cubes. Season to taste with wild garlic salt.
  3. Clean the lamb`s lettuce and add to the dressing. Mix well so that the apple pieces are well distributed in the salad. Serve immediately.
  4. If you like the salad B. want to prepare for a celebration, it is advisable to store the dressing separately and cut the apple pieces into small pieces just before serving. Then mix with the dressing and add to the salad.
