Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 100 g bacon, mixed, cut into fine strips
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 200 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 200 g cherry tomato (s), halved
  • bread (s), fresh

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (walnut oil)
  • 2 small onions, very finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper from the mill, coarsely ground

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the bacon and pumpkin seeds and roast. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and drain. For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Put the lamb`s lettuce and tomatoes in a large bowl, pour the dressing over them and mix. Top with bacon and pumpkin seeds and serve with fresh bread.
