Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), mainly waxy
  • 150 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 125 grams bacon
  • 6 tablespoon vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes, cook in salted boiling water for 15 minutes, drain and leave to cool.
  2. In the meantime, clean the lettuce, wash it and shake it dry. Fry the bacon in a pan without fat, remove and drain on kitchen paper. Deglaze the frying fat with vinegar, add the oil, remove from the stove and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  3. Mix the salad with the potato cubes, bacon and marinade.
