Ingredients

  • 2 port. Lamb`s lettuce
  • 250 g cheese (Emmentaler) in one piece
  • 5 slices bacon
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 1 cup natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped herbs, (salad herbs)
  • 1 can corn

Instructions

  1. Cut the Emmentaler into cubes. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and divide it on 2 plates and sprinkle with corn. Put about 5 Emmentaler cubes on skewers and wrap them with the bacon. Let the pan get hot and fry the skewers without fat for about 2 minutes on each side.
  2. For the dressing, stir together the yogurt, oil, vinegar, mustard and the salad herbs and press in the clove of garlic. Spread over the salad and arrange the skewers on the salad.
