Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, very good quality
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • Salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

  1. Clean the lettuce and wash it vigorously. Shake out the water, chop the lettuce as desired and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix the salad dressing in an extra bowl, it is easier with the mixer. Put the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper in the blender and whisk. To taste.
  3. Divide the egg with the egg cutter and add to the salad. Pour the salad dressing over the salad, fold in and arrange on plates. Slice the parmesan on top.
  4. Cut the white bread into small cubes, heat the pan with butter and roast until brown. Drape the croutons over the salad.
