Ingredients
Ingredients- 500 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, very good quality
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon butter
- Salt and pepper from the mill

- Clean the lettuce and wash it vigorously. Shake out the water, chop the lettuce as desired and place in a bowl.
- Mix the salad dressing in an extra bowl, it is easier with the mixer. Put the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, mustard, a pinch of salt and pepper in the blender and whisk. To taste.
- Divide the egg with the egg cutter and add to the salad. Pour the salad dressing over the salad, fold in and arrange on plates. Slice the parmesan on top.
- Cut the white bread into small cubes, heat the pan with butter and roast until brown. Drape the croutons over the salad.
