Ingredients

  • 100 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 200 g trout fillet (s), smoked
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar, -4 (white wine)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, -2
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 5 tablespoon oil, - 7 (sunflower oil)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until they are waxy, peel them and cut them into sixths.
  2. Clean the lamb`s lettuce, cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces and cut the onions into fine rings.
  3. Mix vinegar with mustard, salt, pepper and sugar, slowly pour in the oil and whisk everything well.
  4. Arrange the salad on a platter, drizzle with the vinaigrette and spread the eggs, pieces of fish and onion rings over it.
