Lamb`s Lettuce with Egg and Walnuts

• 1 bowl lamb`s lettuce
• 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
• 1 cup walnuts

For the dressing:

• 6 tablespoon olive oil, mild
• 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• a bit salt

Instructions

1. Wash, clean and dry the lamb`s lettuce and distribute it in portions on plates. Finely dice the eggs, roughly chop the walnuts and pour over the lamb`s lettuce.
2. For the dressing, stir all the ingredients together or mix well in a shaker (or screw-top jar) and add to the salad.
3. All ingredients and the dressing are easy to prepare and can only be arranged shortly before serving.
