Ingredients

  • 1 port. Lamb`s lettuce
  • 4 cherry tomato (s)
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • 30 g pine nuts

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ Dijon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • herbs Provence
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Fry the pine nuts, not on the highest setting and turn over and over again so that they do not turn black.
  2. In the meantime, wash the lamb`s lettuce, pluck the stems off and arrange on a plate. Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add.
  3. Mix well the ingredients for the dressing. Pour the sauce over the salad and then cut or slice the parmesan into very thin strips and place on the salad plate. Finally, pour the fried pine nuts over the top.
