Ingredients

  • 100 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 3 large mushrooms
  • 5 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon crema di balsamic vinegar, (hazelnut)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • Sea salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together the oil, crema di balsamic vinegar, powdered sugar, pepper and sea salt.
  2. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them with the garlic and chili powder. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces. Then mix the lamb`s lettuce with the dressing, tomatoes and mushrooms.
  3. Serve with an oven-fresh baguette.
