Ingredients

  • 500 g lamb`s lettuce
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, red
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g bacon, mixed
  • 100 g pork liver (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Read the lamb`s lettuce. Leave the lean bacon in a pan and briefly fry the liver, cut into strips. Prepare a marinade with balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, garlic and onion. Add this to the liver in the pan and warm it up briefly. Pour the whole thing over the lamb`s lettuce, mix in and serve while still warm. We also eat garlic bread If you don`t like liver, you can simply leave it out, because the salad tastes very good even without it.
