Ingredients
- 4 port. Lamb`s lettuce
- 100 g oat cheese (oat camembertoll)
- 1 pink grapefruit (s)
For the vinaigrette: (maple syrup vinaigrette)
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- pepper
For the marinade:
- 50 ml oil, neutral, approx.
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 1 clove garlic

- Mix the oil with rosemary and garlic, spread a little on the bottom of a flat plastic bowl with a lid. Cut the goat camembert into slices, lay out in the form, pour oil over it, possibly add a second layer of camembert and finish with oil. Cover and leave to stand in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- For the vinaigrette, mix all the ingredients in a blender jar.
- Fillet the grapefruit. Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce and spread it on plates, arrange the goat cheese and grapefruit fillets on top and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
