Ingredients
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 2 orange (s)
- 1 piece (s) parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- sugar
- 3 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon oil, (grape seed oil)
- 1 shallot (s)
- possibly balsamic vinegar

- Clean lamb`s lettuce, wash, drain or spin if necessary.
- Cut off the peel of the oranges and cut into the inner walls with a sharp knife to remove the fillets. Mix a dressing from vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar until the spices have dissolved, then pour in the two oils and stir. Season again to taste.
- Peel the shallot and cut into fine rings. Arrange the lamb`s lettuce on plates, spread the orange fillets and shallots on top and then use a peeler to slice the parmesan cheese over them. Drizzle the whole thing with the dressing.
- For non-vegetarians, you can put raw ham in thin slices on top. Serve with a baguette.
