Ingredients
For the salad:
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 100 g physalis
- 2 handfuls raisins
- 100 g feta cheese
For the dressing:
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, lighter
- 1 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some sugar

- Wash the lamb`s lettuce, remove the physalis from the casings and cut into halves. Add to the salad together with the raisins and crumble the feta over it.
- Mix all ingredients together for the dressing. Season to taste and, if necessary, add a dash of orange juice, sugar or salt.
