Lamb`s Lettuce with Salmon Ham

Ingredients

• 250 g lamb`s lettuce
• Fillet 2 oranges
• 8 slices ham (salmon), shape into rolls
• 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
• 4 teaspoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 4 tablespoon vegetable broth
• 5 tablespoon orange juice, preferably freshly squeezed
• 1 teaspoon pepper, coarse
• 3 tablespoon parmesan, finely sliced

Instructions

1. Clean and wash lamb`s lettuce and arrange on plates, top with salmon ham and orange fillets.
2. Mix vinegar with oil, honey, mustard, broth, orange juice and pepper, pour over the salad and finally sprinkle with the parmesan.
3. We like to eat the salad with a baguette.
