Lamb`s Lettuce with Vinegar / Oil Based Dressing

• 1 packet lamb`s lettuce

For the dressing:

• 4 tablespoon oil
• 2 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
• 1 tablespoon Maggi
• 1 small onion (s), finely chopped
• pepper, black
• salt
• possibly chives
• sugar

Instructions

1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and remove the roots. Then mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl suitable for the salad and add the lamb`s lettuce at the end.
2. If you like, you can add a pinch of sugar to the dressing.
