Ingredients

  • 250 g lamb`s lettuce, cleaned

For the dressing:

  • 70 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 100 ml oil (walnut oil)
  • 1 tablespoon onion (s), finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon herbs (salad herbs)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 orange (s)
  • 4 walnuts, peeled

Instructions

  1. Whisk the finely chopped onion with salt, pepper, salad herbs, mustard, honey and the vinegar until everything has dissolved. Only then add the oil and stir vigorously.
  2. Peel and fillet the orange, then cut into pieces that are not too small. First pour the sauce over the salad, then chop the walnuts and sprinkle over them. Finally add the orange pieces and mix vigorously.
