300 g lamb`s lettuce
1 handful walnuts
1 avocado (s), ripe

For the dressing:

Instructions

Clean, wash and spin dry the lamb`s lettuce. Roughly chop the nuts. Peel the avocado, cut in half, remove the stone and cut the pulp into small cubes. Gently mix all 3 ingredients together For the dressing mix the first 6 ingredients together and then whip with the walnut oil. Mix the salad and dressing together just before serving.
