Ingredients

  • 1 packet lamb`s lettuce
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • 4 fig (s), (depending on size)
  • 4 slices ham (Serrano)
  • 100 g cheese, Mancheo in one piece
  • 2 tablespoon pine nuts
  • Mustard (honey mustard)
  • Balsamic vinegar, whiter
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat, leave to cool. Wash the lamb`s lettuce, spin dry and arrange on a platter or 4 plates.
  2. Pick the basil leaves and sprinkle over them. Pluck the ham into bite-sized pieces, cut the figs into eighths or cut them into slices, and distribute both on the salad. Slice the Manchego on top in very thin slices.
  3. Mix the honey mustard, balsamic vinegar and olive oil into a dressing (works very well with a milk frother), pour the dressing over the salad, sprinkle with the pine nuts and serve immediately.
  4. The salad is also ideal for a buffet, but then serve the dressing separately.
