  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon coffee powder, instant (cappuccino powder)
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter with the sugar and the vanilla sugar as well as the vanilla extract and the aroma until frothy, gradually stir in the eggs. Mix the flour with the baking powder and baking soda, sieve and briefly stir in alternately with the cream.
  2. Put half of the batter in a second bowl; Stir in half of the cappuccino powder and cocoa.
  3. First pour the dark dough into a greased, floured loaf pan, then spread the light dough on top. Pull a fork through the dough in a spiral shape, creating a marble pattern. Bake at 180 ° C (top / bottom heat) for approx. 60 minutes.
