Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add onions, bell pepper and chilli pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Tomatoes (slightly chopped up and with juice), tomato paste, corn and kidney beans (with liquid) also add and season with the spices and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  2. Layer the minced meat mixture alternately with the lasagne plates in a baking dish and cover with cheese and put in the oven at 175 ° C for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Note: Sometimes the minced meat mixture becomes a little runny (I don`t know why - maybe the quality of the canned tomatoes?) Then thicken the mixture a little.
