Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Dice the onions, add and fry them.
  2. Add tomato paste, pizza tomatoes, water and vegetable stock to the minced meat, mix everything and season with the spices.
  3. Layer the sauce and lasagne sheets in a large baking dish. Start with sauce and finish with sauce. Finally sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and cook the casserole for about 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes so that the cheese turns golden brown.
