  • onions – 0.5 medium onion;
  • olive oil – 2 tablespoons l .;
  • ground beef – 300 g;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • bay leaf – 1 pc .;
  • tomato paste – 1 tablespoon l .;
  • tomato – 400 g;
  • dried oregano – 2 pinches;
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tablespoon l .;
  • red wine – 2 tablespoon. l .;
  • milk – 50 ml;
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

For the sauce:

  • milk – 300 ml;
  • flour – 25 g;
  • butter – 25 g;
  • cheese (cheddar) – 60 g;
  • cheese (parmesan) – 30 g;
  • nutmeg – 1 pinch;
  • lasagna paste – 6 sheets.

  1. Grate carrots, chopped onions, and garlic. Send vegetables to a skillet preheated with olive oil. Season with oregano, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper and salt.
  2. After a couple of minutes, add the minced meat and stir in the vegetables, then add the tomato paste. When the meat is browned, pour the wine and cook until it evaporates, then add the chopped tomatoes. After 3 minutes, add milk and turn off the stove.
  3. Time for the sauce. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour, stirring well. Cook over low heat. Pour in milk gradually, whisking the mixture in parallel. Add spices and grated cheddar after a couple of minutes. Stir and remove from heat.
  4. Place half of the minced meat on the bottom of a baking sheet and cover with pasta sheets. Drizzle with half of the sauce, then repeat the same.
  5. Sprinkle oregano and parmesan on top, place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
