Ingredients

  • 12 lasagne plate (s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g bacon
  • 3 apples, tart ones
  • 125 ml apple juice
  • 125 ml meat stock
  • 500 g tomato (s)
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 100 g cheese, e.. Emmentaler
  • Herbs
  • salt and pepper

For the sauce: (Béchamel)

  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g flour
  • 500 ml milk
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and bacon and fry. Then add the minced meat and fry it too.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes, apple juice, meat stock and herbs. Let the filling boil until there is not too much liquid and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and gradually add the milk so that there are no lumps (roux). Season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  4. Peel the apples and cut into pieces.
  5. Now layer the lasagna - twice each in this order: bechamel sauce, lasagna sheets, apples, minced meat filling.
  6. Finally, top with both types of cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 40 minutes.
