- For the red sauce, heat the oil, fry the minced meat and fry the diced onions. Season with garlic salt, oregano, thyme and the granulated broth. Add the canned tomatoes and ketchup and let simmer gently for 20 minutes.
- For the light sauce, heat the oil and sweat the onion cubes in it. Add the mushrooms and cook with them. Pour in the cream and heat it up. Mix the cornstarch with the water and bind the sauce with it. Season to taste with granulated broth, salt and pepper.
- Now alternately layer red sauce, dough sheets, light sauce, dough sheets, red sauce, dough sheets and finally light sauce and grated cheese in a baking dish.
