Lavash Chips

A very easy recipe for everyone’s favorite chips, but not from potatoes, but from thin Armenian lavash and spice dressing.

Ingredients

  • Armenian lavash – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Spices (hops-surely, a mixture of peppers) – to taste
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Mix sour cream with egg, salt and spices.
  2. Lavash grease with the resulting mixture.
  3. Cut into pieces of any shape.
  4. Rub the cheese on top with a thin layer on the finest grater.
  5. Put on a baking sheet, no oil needed.
  6. Bake in the oven at 190 ° C for 5-10 minutes.
