A variant of a simple but tasty and hearty lunch or dinner is pita bread with minced meat, fried with onions and garlic, and canned beans.

Ingredients
Thin lavash – 2 pcs.
Minced meat – 400 g
Canned beans in tomato sauce – 300 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Garlic – 1 clove
Greens – 1 bunch (small)
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Butter (optional)
Directions
Prepare products for pita bread with minced meat and beans.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add minced meat to the pan, fry the minced meat with onions and garlic for 15-20 minutes, until tender, kneading with a spatula.
Add canned beans in tomato sauce, salt, black pepper to the pan, mix. Cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Cool down.
Add chopped greens to the minced meat. Mix.
Lavash with filling can be folded into an envelope in the form of a triangle or rectangle. Depending on this, cut the pita bread into pieces of the required shape. Put the minced meat with beans on the edge of the pita bread.
Roll up pita bread with minced meat and beans in an envelope, tucking the edges.
Fry pita envelopes with minced meat and beans in a dry frying pan, or in a frying pan with butter.
