Lavash Roll with Canned Fish, Melted Cheese and Boiled Eggs

Lavash roll with canned fish, melted cheese, and boiled eggs are a great snack option both for every day and for a festive table. Cooking a roll is as easy as shelling pears. Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 300 g (3 pcs.)
  • Canned fish in its own juice (saury) – 230 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Processed cheese – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 6 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 40 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Put the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, put on the heat, and bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook the eggs for about 8 minutes. Then pour cold water and leave to cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and grate on a medium grater.
  3. Grate the melted cheese on a fine grater.
  4. Mash canned fish with a fork.
  5. Rinse the dull, dry, and chop finely with a knife.
  6. Spread one sheet of lavash on the work surface, pour 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  7. Sprinkle pita bread with grated eggs and 1/3 of the dill.
  8. Roll up the pita bread.
  9. Pour the second sheet of pita bread with 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of mayonnaise spread canned fish on top and sprinkle with half of the remaining dill.
  10. Put the first roll on the edge of the pita bread, which is with eggs.
  11. Roll up gently.
  12. Prepare the third sheet of pita bread, pour over the remaining mayonnaise, sprinkle with melted cheese and the remaining dill.
  13. Put the fish roll, which was made the day before, on the edge of the workpiece.
  14. Roll the stuffed pita bread into a roll. It turns out three pita bread in one roll.
  15. Wrap pita bread with canned fish melted cheese and boiled eggs with foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  16. After a while, cut the roll and serve.
