Lavash Roll with Cottage Cheese and Blueberries

Lavash can replace not only bread, but also dessert. We recommend making a roll of thin lavash sheets with curd filling and blueberries.

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 1 sheet
  • Cottage cheese – 0.65 kg
  • Sour cream – 100 ml
  • Milk – 120 ml
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sugar – 160 g
  • Blueberries – 4 dess. l.
  • Vanillin – to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the pita roll with cottage cheese and blueberries. Mash large pieces of cottage cheese, add half the sugar, spices and 2 eggs
  2. Moisten the lavash with milk on one side, lay out a layer (5-7 mm) of the curd filling.
  3. Wash blueberries, blot, and scatter over the curd.
  4. Simultaneously roll 2 rolls from opposite edges of the pita bread to the middle.
  5. Cut the rolls in half across, put in 2 rows.
  6. To pour, combine 2 eggs, sour cream, sugar and milk.
  7. Pour rolls and let soak for 10-12 minutes. Bake lavash rolls with cottage cheese in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
  8. Cool the pita roll with cottage cheese and blueberries and cut into portions.
