Lavash can replace not only bread, but also dessert. We recommend making a roll of thin lavash sheets with curd filling and blueberries.
Ingredients
Thin lavash – 1 sheet
Cottage cheese – 0.65 kg
Sour cream – 100 ml
Milk – 120 ml
Eggs – 4 pcs.
Sugar – 160 g
Blueberries – 4 dess. l.
Vanillin – to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
Prepare the ingredients for the pita roll with cottage cheese and blueberries. Mash large pieces of cottage cheese, add half the sugar, spices and 2 eggs
Moisten the lavash with milk on one side, lay out a layer (5-7 mm) of the curd filling.
Wash blueberries, blot, and scatter over the curd.
Simultaneously roll 2 rolls from opposite edges of the pita bread to the middle.
Cut the rolls in half across, put in 2 rows.
To pour, combine 2 eggs, sour cream, sugar and milk.
Pour rolls and let soak for 10-12 minutes. Bake lavash rolls with cottage cheese in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the pita roll with cottage cheese and blueberries and cut into portions.
