Lavash thin, Armenian – 2 pcs.
Cottage cheese – 250 g
Bulgarian red pepper – 1 pc.
Parsley and dill greens – 1 small bunch
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Sour cream – 2 tbsp
Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
Garlic – 4 cloves
Salt
Ground black pepper
Directions

Peppers can be baked or dipped in boiling water for a few minutes. Peel off the hot pepper and remove the seeds. Cut the pepper into small pieces
Squeeze the garlic through a press and chop the herbs. Drizzle with olive oil.
Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, salt and black pepper. Place cottage cheese, bell pepper, herbs with garlic in a blender and chop everything until smooth. Add lemon juice and stir again
Unfold the lavash, put half of the filling on it and spread evenly in a thin layer. Roll up roll. Do the same with other pita bread.
Put the rolls in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to soak.
Then cut into slices and put on a plate.
