Lavash Roll with Cottage Cheese and Poppy Seeds

Lavash roll with cottage cheese and poppy seeds – delicious for tea in 15 minutes, without fussing with the dough! Very tasty and fast! Put the kettle on the stove, before it boils, everything will be ready! We often have such yummy at home!

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 2 pcs.
  • Cottage cheese – 300 g
  • Poppy – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Milk – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. All products are on the table, you can start. By the way, take the sugar in this recipe to your liking
  2. First of all, fill the poppy with boiling water and leave it for a few minutes to steam up.
  3. We combine everything in a cup: cottage cheese, poppy seeds, sugar, an egg and one white (leave the yolk to grease the rolls). Stir, or better punch with a hand blender.
  4. We turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees. Distribute half of the filling evenly over the lavash sheet. Mix the yolk with milk. We wrap a tight roll, smearing one edge of the lavash with yolk. Thus, we proceed with the second pita bread and the remaining filling.
  5. We spread lavash rolls with cottage cheese and poppy seeds on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and grease with yolk on top.
  6. We send the pita rolls into the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cool the rolls before serving.
  7. The filling in the roll turns out to be a creamy texture, the poppy just explodes in the mouth! Tasty, cook for health!
