Lavash Roll with Pink Salmon

A delicate appetizer in the form of a pita roll with pink salmon is suitable for any season, and there is no need to look for a reason for its preparation, since it can easily decorate both a festive table and an ordinary family dinner.

Ingredients

  • Processed cheese – 100 g
  • Canned pink salmon – 200 g
  • Lavash sheet – 75 g
  • Fresh cucumber – 75 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 75 g
  • Fresh greens (preferably dill) – 35 g

Directions

  1. Prepare products for a pita roll with pink salmon.
  2. First of all, you need to finely chop the greens.
  3. Grind chopped greens with melted cheese.
  4. Cut the cucumber into cubes no more than 5 mm thick.
  5. Also, chop the bell pepper.
  6. Grease a sheet of pita bread with melted cheese and greens paste.
  7. Line a row of cucumber and pink salmon slices, wrap them.
  8. Next, put slices of bell pepper and pink salmon, wrap them again.
  9. Repeat this sequence until the pita bread is completely wrapped. The resulting lavash roll with pink salmon must be put in the refrigerator for an hour so that it is soaked.
