Lavash Roll with Red Fish

Lavash rolls with red fish are popular at any festive table. An appetizer with such a filling turns out to be tender and, in addition, has the advantage of being elementary in preparation. All you need is your desire to pamper your loved ones with a new tasty treat.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Lavash – 1 pc.
  • Lightly salted red fish – 200 g
  • Processed cheese – 50 g
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Dill greens – 5-6 branches
  • Salt to taste

How to make a pita roll with red fish:

Directions

  1. Grate the melted cheese.
  2. Combine with mayonnaise.
  3. Finely chop the dill.
  4. Cut the red fish into slices.
  5. Spread the prepared cheese mass over the surface of the lavash and sprinkle with dill.
  6. Spread the fish evenly over the entire surface of the lavash.
  7. Roll up the pita bread.
  8. Wrap the pita bread stuffed with cling film and place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  9. Serve pita bread roll with red fish, cut into slices 1-1.5 centimeters thick.
