Lavash Rolls with Canned Fish and Pickles

A simple and quick lavash snack stuffed with canned fish, pickles, and herbs. Such pita rolls will be an excellent breakfast, a snack, and, if served correctly, will be an excellent alternative to canapes and tartlets on the festive table.

Cook: 15 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash (I have round) – 2 pcs.
  • Canned fish (I have tuna) – 240 g
  • Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs. (150 g)
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Fresh dill – 3 branches
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Grate cucumbers on a coarse grater. Finely chop the dill. Drain the liquid from canned fish and knead with a fork.
  2. Grease a sheet of pita bread with sour cream over the entire surface.
  3. Then we put the fish, also spreading it over the entire surface.
  4. Put pickled cucumbers on top.
  5. Sprinkle with dill. In the same way, we prepare the second roll.
  6. We cut the finished rolls in half and eat them like shawarma, or cut them into small rolls and serve as mini-snacks.
