  • Thin lavash – 1 pc.
  • Canned fish in oil or its own juice – 1 can (230 g)
  • Korean carrots – 200 g
  • Processed cheese – 100 g
  • Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
  • Fresh dill – 4-5 branches

  1. Spread a sheet of lavash, grease with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  2. Next, spread the Korean carrots over the pita sheet.
  3. Drain the liquid from the canned fish. Mash the pieces of fish and put on pita bread on top of the Korean carrots.
  4. Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater, put on pita bread.
  5. Rinse the dill, dry it, chop finely with a knife and sprinkle with lavash.

  6. Roll the pita bread into a tight roll. Then wrap the roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Then remove the lavash from the film and cut into portions.
