  • Thin lavash – 1 pc. (110 g)
  • Cottage cheese 9% fat – 150 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Cranberries – 60 g
  • Chocolate – 30 g
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar (for serving) – to taste

  1. We prepare all the necessary products. Rinse fresh cranberries (defrost frozen berries) and dry on a paper towel.

  2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces with a knife.
  3. Add sugar and an egg to the curd.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Add cranberries and chocolate to the curd mass.
  6. Mix carefully so as not to damage the cranberries.
  7. Cut the lavash into rectangles (I have 10×16 cm pieces of lavash).
  8. Put the filling on the edge of the rectangle (on the smaller side) and roll up the roll.

  9. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry pita rolls with curd filling for 5-7 minutes, until golden.
  10. Ready-made pita rolls, if desired, can be sprinkled with powdered sugar. Such pita rolls with cottage cheese, chocolate and cranberries are delicious both warm and cold. If you use frozen cranberries, you can cook them any time of the year.
