Lavash Snack

In general, lavash is a gorgeous base in which you can wrap anything you want and get a lavash roll in just a few minutes, which can become a delicious snack. The filling is already enough for imagination. I suggest the simplest option – with crab sticks and cheese. 🙂

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Crab sticks – 200 g
  • Russian cheese – 100 g
  • Processed cheese – 200 g
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • Greens (parsley, dill, green onions)
  • Ground black pepper
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs. Grate cheese and eggs on a coarse grater. Grate the garlic on a fine grater. Finely chop the greens and crab sticks. Mix everything and season with mayonnaise.
  2. Layout one of the layers of lavash on the table. Thoroughly coat the entire surface with half of the filling.
  3. Next, lay the second sheet of pita bread.
  4. And coat with the second half of the filling.
  5. Now gently roll the pita bread into a roll.
  6. You can wrap it with cling film or foil.
  7. Put the snack in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. Before serving, cut into slices 3-4 cm thick.
