Lavash Snack Cake

A quick and delicious pita bread cake with fried mushrooms and cheese. It is very easy and simple to prepare. Such a dish can be prepared for a holiday or simply to please your loved ones.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 2 pcs.
  • Fresh champignons – 500 g
  • Onions – 400 g
  • Sour cream – 100 g (4 tablespoons)
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Sunflower oil – 80 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into strips (quarter rings).
  2. Chop the mushrooms.
  3. Lightly fry the onion in oil.
  4. Add mushrooms, stir. Fry over high heat, stirring occasionally until mushrooms are ready. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Pass the fried mushrooms with onions through a meat grinder.
  6. Fold the foil into 6 layers. Cut the lavash into 4 parts, you should get 8 sheets of lavash.
    Put the first sheet on foil, grease with mushroom filling, cover with the next pita bread, also grease with mushrooms, etc.
  7. Grease the top and sides of the lavash cake with sour cream.
  8. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, distribute it evenly on top and on the sides.
  9. Put a lavash snack cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, just so that the cheese melts, you do not need to bake.
  10. Cut the finished lavash snack cake into portioned pieces. You can decorate with herbs.
