Lavash Snack Cake with Dried Meat Ingredients

  • Thin lavash – 2 pcs.
  • Soft processed cheese (or creamy) – 150 g
  • Lyutenitsa (spicy tomato sauce) or ketchup – 100 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Gherkins (pickled) – 10 pcs.
  • Cured meat (venison) – 50 g
  • Mayonnaise – to taste

  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Purple onion (small size) – 1 pc.
  • Parsley to taste

  1. Everything is prepared very easily. It is only necessary to boil hard-boiled eggs in advance (9-10 minutes after boiling) and cool them in cold water.

  2. Using a culinary ring with a diameter of 21 cm, cut out four circles from pita bread (if you wish, you can cut more and repeat several layers).
  3. On the plate in which we will serve the cake, we put the culinary ring and put the first circle of lavash.
  4. Grease pita bread generously with melted cheese.
  5. Cut the gherkins into circles.
  6. Place the gherkins tightly on a layer of cheese.
  7. Cover the cucumbers with pita bread, on which we apply a layer of spicy lutenitsa (we have a homemade sauce, you can replace it with spicy ketchup).
  8. Cured meat (today we use venison for the recipe) thinly-thinly cut.
  9. Sprinkle the cake with a good layer of jerky.
  10. Cover with the following pita bread and carefully distribute the processed cheese.
  11. Grind the boiled eggs on a coarse grater, spread in the next layer and distribute evenly.
  12. Lubricate the remaining circle of pita bread separately with mayonnaise – this will be the top cake.
  13. We spread the lavash with the greased side on the egg layer and do not press very hard.
  14. Put the remnants of processed cheese or mayonnaise on the top of the cake and distribute over the entire surface. We send a snack cake from pita bread to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes, let the pita bread soak.

  15. Let’s prepare products for decorating a snack cake.
  16. The final touch before serving is decorating. On top of the cake on a fine grater, rub a piece of your favorite cheese.
  17. Cut the onion into rings.
  18. Put a few slices of onion and parsley on the cake.
