Ingredients

  • 0.25 liter ¼ water, still
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 2 lemon (s), one is enough for large ones
  • 4 tablespoon lavender
  • 1 ¾ liter sparkling mineral water, chilled

Instructions

  1. Bring the still water to the boil with the sugar and cook until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove the sugar syrup from the heat, add the lemon juice and the lavender flowers and allow to cool.
  2. Pour the cold syrup through a sieve and place in the refrigerator.
  3. Just before serving, put the syrup and sparkling water in a jug and decorate with sprigs of lavender.

  5. If you fill it in small bottles and serve it with a straw and a sprig of lavender, it`s a nice party idea that always goes down well with me.
