Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon lavender
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 g suar
  • 125 g flour
  • 250 g oat flakes, fine

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with the sugar and egg until frothy. Mix the flour with baking powder, oat flakes and lavender flowers and gradually add to the foam mixture.
  2. Place small piles of dough with a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake the cookies at 170 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.
