- 250 g butter
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon lavender
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 200 g suar
- 125 g flour
- 250 g oat flakes, fine

- Mix the softened butter with the sugar and egg until frothy. Mix the flour with baking powder, oat flakes and lavender flowers and gradually add to the foam mixture.
- Place small piles of dough with a teaspoon on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake the cookies at 170 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes.
