  • 2 teaspoons lavender, dried
  • 5 lemon balm leaves
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

  1. Pour the lavender and lemon balm (if you like, a few leaves) into a tea strainer and place in a pot. Then pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  2. In summer it also tastes good if you let the tea cool down and drink it cold with ice cubes.
  3. The taste is a bit hot, a bit tangy and also a bit like soap. But it is definitely good.
