Ingredients

  • 200 g rice, (lon rain rice)
  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • 1 green pepper (s), diced
  • 1 leek
  • 2 cans tangerine (s)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 300 ml Miracel Whip So Light
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet and then drain. In the meantime prepare the vegetables, cut the bell pepper into cubes and the leek into rings. Drain the mandarins.
  2. Third the rice. Mix one third with curry and one third with paprika powder. Layer rice and paprika alternately in a bowl, starting with the paprika rice, then green paprika, then the white rice, then red paprika and finally the curry rice. Spread the mandarins on the top layer of rice. Cover with Miracel Whip and finish with the leek.
  3. Let it steep for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight. Stir before serving.
