Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, red and green
  • 800 g tomato (s)
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 pack ham (cooked ham)
  • 1 packet cheese, grated
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 can corn

For the dressing:

  • 1 glass Miracel Whip
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • Spice (s)

Instructions

  1. Chop everything up nice and small and dice the boiled ham. Then start layering. Start with half of the iceberg, then layer the tomatoes, cucumber, corn, peppers and then the rest of the iceberg lettuce on top.
  2. Now prepare the dressing by simply mixing the salad cream and creme fraiche and seasoning well with salt and pepper. Then pour over the salad and distribute evenly. It`s best to shake the bowl a little so that the sauce doesn`t just lie on top.
  3. Finally, put the boiled ham and grated cheese on the salad, cover and leave to stand for 24 hours.
