Ingredients

  • 1 glass celery, (sticks)
  • 2 apples
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 5 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 can corn, (340 g)
  • 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces (560 g)
  • 1 glass Miracel Whip, (500 ml)
  • 1 leek, large or optional
  • 3 bell pepper (s), (green, red, yellow)

Instructions

  1. Drain the celery, rub the apples into the celery, mix both ingredients immediately and place in a glass bowl. Place the sliced ham and sliced eggs on top.
  2. The next layer is the drained corn, then place the drained pineapple pieces on top. Spread the glass of Miracle Whip over everything.
  3. Finally, sprinkle the leek stick, cut into thin rings.
  4. Addition: Instead of the cooked ham, you can also use smoked turkey breast or something similar, instead of the leek I prefer to use very small diced paprika pieces to sprinkle on top.
  5. Let the salad steep in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
