Instructions

  1. Grate the carrots finely, squeeze the garlic and mix with the carrots. Boil, peel and grate the beetroot. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
  2. Layer in a shallow bowl: carrots, grated cheese, walnuts, raisins, beetroot. Brush each layer well with mayonnaise. Spread the pomegranate seeds on the surface and let the salad steep.
