  1. The first thing to do is turn on the oven so that it warms up evenly to 200-210 degrees.
  2. When the oven is warmed up, we begin to prepare the biscuit dough. It does not take a lot of time. First, mix eggs and sugar. Add vanilla sugar. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a mixer.
  3. Then we gradually introduce flour. Do not stop beating the dough with a mixer.

  4. We introduce all the flour – the dough for the biscuit should be like thick sour cream.
  5. Pour the dough into a split form and put the biscuit in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  6. When the biscuit is ready, turn off the oven, but leave the biscuit inside – it should cool slowly.

  7. Ready-made biscuit is an excellent base for pies and cakes!
