Lazy Cauliflower Cabbage Rolls

Delicious, juicy lazy cabbage rolls in the form of cauliflower cutlets, chicken fillets and rice can be prepared very quickly according to this recipe for lunch or dinner. Lazy cabbage rolls are stewed in tomato sauce in a pan.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower – 200 g
  • Chicken fillet – 150 g
  • Rice – 2 tbsp
  • Onion – 0.5 small (40 g)
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Flour – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
  2. Rinse the rice in cold water, pour 100 ml of water into a saucepan. Add 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and cook rice for 20 minutes.
  3. Transfer the boiled rice to a bowl and cool.
  4. Wash cauliflower, disassemble into inflorescences.
  5. Pour 1 liter of water into a ladle, bring it to a boil over high heat, add cauliflower. Add about 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Boil the cabbage for 10 minutes over moderate heat.
  6. Wash the chicken fillet and cut into pieces.
  7. Pass the chicken fillet and peeled onions and garlic through a meat grinder.
  8. Then pass the boiled cauliflower through a meat grinder, add it to the minced chicken.
  9. Add boiled rice, salt (about 0.5 teaspoon) and ground pepper. Stir the minced meat.
  10. Moisten your hands in water and form minced meat patties with cauliflower and rice.
  11. Wash the tomato, twist it through a meat grinder.
  12. Combine 30 ml water and flour in a bowl. Mix well.
  13. Put butter, grated tomato and diluted flour into a frying pan.
  14. Pour in 50 ml of water. Add salt (0.5 teaspoon) and sugar.
  15. Put the pan over medium heat to melt the butter.
  16. Place prepared lazy cabbage rolls in a pan with tomato sauce.
  17. Put the pan on fire. When the sauce boils, reduce heat to low, cover the pan and simmer the lazy cauliflower cabbage rolls in the tomato sauce for 20-25 minutes.
  18. These are the cauliflower cabbage rolls with rice and chicken fillet!
