Lazy Dumplings in a Pan

Delicious lazy dumplings in a frying pan are a great option for a quick dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
For filling:
- Meat (for minced meat) – 500 g
- Onions – 150-200 g
- Ice water – 100 g
- Salt – to taste (I added 0.5 teaspoon.)
- Ground black pepper – to taste
- Butter
- Vegetable oil
- Bay leaf – 1 pc.
- Black peppercorns – several pieces
Directions
- Add salt, egg, and warm water to the flour, knead a soft, pliable dough.
- For minced meat, grind meat and onions in a meat grinder. Add salt, spices, and cold water.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, put the minced meat over the entire area of the dough, not reaching the edge by 3-4 cm.
- Roll up. Cut into rolls.
- Fry the resulting rolls in a mixture of vegetables and butter on both sides.
- Pour water into a frying pan, not reaching the edge of the rolls. Add bay leaves and black peppercorns. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Ready-made lazy dumplings can be sprinkled with herbs and served with sour cream.
